Waydoo Warranty Terms

At Waydoo, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. All eFoils and accessories come with a limited manufacturer warranty to give you peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage

• Efoil Boards & Masts: 12 months from the date of purchase

• Propulsion Units & Electronic Components: 12 months from the date of purchase

• PowerFlight Batteries & Chargers: 12 months from the date of purchase

• Wings & Accessories: 6 months from the date of purchase

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, fading)

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling

• Modifications or repairs not authorized by Waydoo

• Damage from saltwater corrosion due to lack of maintenance

• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Warranty Claims

To file a warranty claim, please:

1. Contact support@waydoo.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.

2. Provide clear photos or videos of the defect.

3. Follow the instructions provided by our support team for inspection or return.

Remedy

If your warranty claim is approved, Waydoo will, at its discretion:

• Repair the defective product, or

• Replace it with an equivalent product, or

• Provide a refund if repair or replacement is not possible

Shipping Costs

• Customers may be responsible for shipping costs when returning products for inspection.

• If the warranty claim is approved, Waydoo may cover the cost of return shipping for repaired or replaced items.

Limitation of Liability

Waydoo is not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. The warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective products as described above.
