Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Please do not send products directly to the manufacturer—all returns must go through Waydoo.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned:

Used or installed batteries and electronic components

Gift cards or digital products

Perishable, hazardous, or flammable materials

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a set timeframe.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
