At Waydoo, we want you to enjoy your eFoil experience with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

  • Please do not send products directly to the manufacturer—all returns must go through Waydoo.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned:

  • Used or installed batteries and electronic components

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Perishable, hazardous, or flammable materials

  • Personal care items

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a set timeframe.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
