ORDER CONFIRMATION

When you place an order through waydoo.com, you will receive an email with a confirmation number and order summary within two business days.

All orders are processed within seven business days after the order is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER

If you would like to change or cancel the order, please email us at sales@waydoo.com or message us via Facebook Messenger as soon as you can. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.

 

TRACKING ORDERS

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please check shipment status via https://www.17track.net/en

  • Zelle (direct transfer – instructions provided at checkout or via email confirmation)

  • Bank Deposit / Wire Transfer (details provided at checkout; order will be processed once payment is confirmed)


Currency

  • All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • For international customers, your bank may charge conversion or transfer fees.


Payment Security

  • All payments are processed using SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant systems.

  • Waydoo does not store your full payment details. Sensitive information (Zelle account info, bank details) is shared only through secure channels.


Billing & Verification

  • Billing details must match your payment method.

  • Zelle and Bank Deposit payments must include your Order Number in the reference field.

  • Orders may be delayed until payment is confirmed.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • For Zelle or Bank Deposit payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer within a set timeframe.
