You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details. 
Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations.

Shipping Rates & Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Estimated delivery time within the U.S. is 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

Waydoo is not responsible for delays caused by customs. 
Shipping Restrictions

Lithium batteries and certain components may have restricted shipping methods for safety compliance.

Oversized products (eFoil boards, masts) may require special freight arrangements. 
Delayed or Lost Shipments

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery. 
- 
If you receive damaged goods, contact us immediately at support@waydoo.com with photos of the damage.

Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. 
Returns Due to Shipping
- 
If an item is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to receive delivery, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
